My night with BRUCE

Well the planets aligned yet again for me kiddies! BRUCE was back in town to promote MY NAME IS BRUCE at the HARBOR EAST Landmark Theatre on FRIDAY NOVEMBER 14th!

I was amazed that I was able to get a front row seat! And yes I had to have it right next to the stairs that THE MIGHTY CHIN would decend upon to talk to us!

The movie was hilarious! ANY BRUCE fan would love all the cracks he takes at the fans and all the references he makes throughout the movie! There is a reference to BOOMSTICK and I'll just let you guess what he calls his BOOMSTICK (hint: not a gun)...

I have video that I will post shortly of the Q&A that he did... It was great but I do get tired of everyone asking the same questions! I've seen Bruce in person 3 times in the past 11 years and no one can think of anything new to ask?
I had a great suggestion for him but he had to roll out so I didn't get to talk to him!
I also tried to get $2 from him for saying that he was "THE GREATEST ACTOR TO EVER WALK THE FACE OF THIS EARTH"... BUT sadly someone beat me to it by calling his last book a "WORK OF GENIUS"....
Gave Bruce a pat on the back on the way out....Someone else wanted me to grab his ass but I didn't want the authorities to get involved! HA!

If Bruce is coming to a town near you with this film GO SEE IT! You will love it!

UPDATE: I'm STILL ALIVE...and have TIX!

HEY GANG! Sorry I've been out of the internet for a couple of weeks. I have been WITHOUT a decent internet connection for awhile now...So here's an update to you from my work! I must apologize for not updating sooner. I had lots of personal shit to sort through....HOWEVER, I DID PURCHASE my tix for MY NAME IS BRUCE! I CANNOT WAIT to see THE MIGHTY CHIN in person AGAIN!

Well, everyone at work has...
The date: Thursday August 28th...I was checking BRUCE's OFFICIAL site (as I do EVERYDAY) and I saw the post that I have been LONGING TO SEE!
The "MY NAME IS BRUCE" Promotion Tour Schedule!
As I have posted recently, Bruce plans on traveling this FALL around the country to hock his new flick MY NAME IS BRUCE...The "BRUCE ACROSS AMERICA" tour will be bringing him to 30 cities across America. Now I have PRAYED and PLEADED to the GODS to have the MIGHTY CHIN come to MARYLAND as one of his stops on the tour....
THE GODS HAVE ANSWERED MY PRAYERS!
Bruce WILL BE COMING TO MARYLAND THIS FALL!!!!--------> CUE HAPPY DANCE!
So this is how it went down when I saw it on the computer at work.
1) Saw the schedule at Bruce's site
2) Read the tour dates
3) Discovered that Maryland was on the schedule
4) Convulsed into HAPPY DANCE repeatedly!

Here's a happy dance to tide us all over!

First, BUMP IN THE NIGHT PRODUCTIONS has created a HUGE NECRONOMICON PUPPET/PROP! This latex and foam filled prop is a GREAT collectible for any EVIL DEAD FAN! I picked mine up at a recent Horror Convention from my good buddies at TIME AND SPACE TOYS. They usually retail at about $50-$60, but let me tell you---IT's WELL WORTH IT!!!
The book has a hole in the back that you can put your hand in and move the EVIL mouth seen on the front! I'm putting mine on display until Halloween! Klaatu, Verata...NECKTIE!
